We were delighted to host an event recently in partnership with the Engineering & Manufacturing Network (EMN) at our North East manufacturing facility. Designed to showcase how tailored apprenticeship programmes can drive performance.
The session brought together industry leaders, educators and employers to share insights into building successful apprenticeship pathways.
With presentations from our HR Manager Leanne Hume and EMN Director Ailsa Anderson it was a pleasure to show visitors around our facility and provide more information on our own Ford Aerospace Apprenticeship Academy.
Following the success of the session, Leanne was then invited to speak at the Manufacturing Resilience Forum in Leeds last week (Tuesday 24 March). Organised by Halston B2B, it was great to connect with so many fellow manufacturers at this sector focused event.
